Ok, let's do this

I slept late today. It's my day off - so I stayed in bed. I had set my alarm, but I just didn't want to get up. I've been having trouble falling asleep and waking up. Granted, I think a lot of it is due to the fact that I am simply unhappy with my current living situation. Don't get me wrong, I have a roof over my head. For this, I am grateful. But I am not exactly thrilled to be living with my mother and sister in a mobile home with a roof that leaks, rooms that are always cold, where everything is cramped. So I go out more often than not. I usually head to Starbucks, because it's where my friends are - because it's all that's open late nights.

But I am excited to get this started. I slept late, took a conference call for work, had a turkey burger for lunch (technically - breakfast, because it was the first thing I ate). Took my measurements... so exciting. And... I got in a VERY quick workout. VERY QUICK!

One on the reasons I called this blog minor Major change is because I wanted to see how much I could change just by making small changes over a period of time. No life-changing events. Just slightly smaller portions, quick workouts, etc...

I did: (descriptions on the Exercises page)

angled push-ups: 5 sets of 10. (I got to the end of the fourth set and felt the burn, but only a little. So I went one set past that)

hundreds

That's it. A quick workout. One that I can easily do before or after work any day.
