3 positives:
1. I started the week at the weight I expected.
2. I bit the bullet and asked out the girl I've been emailing for a while on match.com. It may seem like this has nothing to do with weight. On the contrary, knowing that I am working to have the body and healthy lifestyle I want, puts me in a great mood and makes me view myself more postively - thus, I am able to reach out and take initiative in a social context. This, before, terrified me.
